  • I had my baby 2 weeks ago: will this course still help me?

Yes, though you are not cleared (or ready) to start moderate to intense exercise until 6+ weeks, the program walks you through safely preparing your body, with movements appropriate from day 1 postpartum. This is a self-paced course, so remember to listen to your body, and wait to advance for certain movements until cleared to do so.

  • I'm currently weaning. I know the program says it is for breastfeeding moms: will it still help me?
  • Yes. Technically every mother lactates to some degree and benefits from understanding what nutrients their body needed to do so. Even after weaning, some mamas take weeks to months (have you heard, even years) after to replenish nutrients and repair their bodies. This program will walk you through how to do it faster, AND prevent any injury while you are replenishing.


  • Do you offer refunds?

Refunds available before the course access is given. Once you have full access to the course, to maintain the integrity & confidentiality of the course content, I don’t offer refunds. 

  • I lost my password... What do I do?

  • How do I log in?

  • How long do I have access to the trainings and materials?

  • Can I share my login?
